You can track your samples through visual notification messages we send you at each stage from the moment your samples are received at our laboratory. For example:

• Your isolates for 16S rRNA Sequence Analysis have been received.
• Incubation of your isolates has been initiated.
• Colonies grew on manufacturer-specific selective medium.
• Phenotypic features including colony size, morphology, pigmentation, hemolysis and moisture have been photographed and shared digitally.
• DNA isolation completed.
• PCR process initiated.
• Electrophoresis process completed.
• DNA sequence analysis of your samples initiated.
• Sequencing results are ready for phylogenetic analysis.
• Phylogenetic analysis completed; NCBI submission made with your approval.
