R&D Studies
Our Research Focus
At the heart of Aquatayf's R&D activities lies the discovery of microorganisms unique to Anatolia and the transfer of enzymes produced by these organisms into industrial applications.
Using genetic and biochemical characterization methods, we identify unique organisms and formulate enzymes isolated from these sources for use in wastewater treatment and environmental management.
Model microorganism studies are considered fundamental steps in the evidence pyramid in biomedical research. This approach supports large-scale experiments while promoting sustainable resource use.
Our R&D Process
01
Microorganism Screening
Identification of unique microorganism species in samples collected from different ecosystems of Anatolia.
02
Genetic Characterization
Identification and classification of organisms via 16S rRNA sequencing and phylogenetic analysis.
03
Enzyme Isolation
Isolation and purification of biologically active enzymes from target microorganisms.
04
Product Development
Conversion of isolated enzymes into commercial formulations for wastewater and environmental applications.
